Due Date Agreement
1. Pay the invoice in full on the earliest due date; or (iii) the deadline for final payments based on the completion and receipt of all work (including any amounts withheld) and partial payments accepted by the government (e.g. B each building, public works or other parts of the contract for which the price is shown separately) is as follows: (i) The due date for advancement payments on the basis of approval of the estimated amount; and The estimated value of the work or services performed, including payments for milestones in a project, is 14 days after the designated accounting entity has received an appropriate payment request. 1.
