Dumpster Rental Service Agreement

All disputes arising from the rental of equipment between Dumpsters.com and the Customer, including, but not limited to these terms and conditions, the client`s rental documents and/or possession and use of the device are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, and are subject to them, including all matters of customer design, validity and performance, without the country`s conflict rules coming into effect. Any provision that may be prohibited under the existing legislation is, to the extent that it is prohibited, invalidated without the other provisions of these provisions being declared invalid. 6. Weight restrictions and overload. The customer is solely responsible for complying with the weight limits applicable to rental equipment. The customer recognizes that: (a) each item or unit of device has a specific weight specification and a corresponding weight limit (which varies depending on the size and type of device and other factors); (b) the size and/or volume of the item or equipment unit concerned is not intended for the weight indications and weight limit applicable to this unit of equipment; (c) local, municipal, municipal, public and/or state laws, regulations, regulations and regulations, and also limit the weight and/or quantity of materials that can be stored and/or transported legally in equipment; and (d) rain, water, snow, ice that the customer is allowed to accumulate in the equipment may increase the weight limit applicable to certain devices (and, in some circumstances, exceed them). The customer recognizes that the customer is solely responsible for determining the weight limits applicable to the customer`s equipment and strict compliance with these restrictions, including, but not only in the coverage and/or closure of the equipment, in order to prevent rain, water, snow, ice accumulation in the equipment. The client recognizes that Dumpsters.com costs and expenses associated with transporting loaded equipment to landfills and that these costs and expenses are based on the weight of the equipment. If the customer does not comply with the current weight limits, Dumpsters.com may be compensated for the costs, expenses, penalties and/or fines of a landfill or other third party, whether private or public, including, but not limited to penalties and road penalties or other consequential damages (together «overload charges»).
